Four Defendants of the Meikarta Case Immediately Tried in the Bandung Corruption Court
ChannelNasional. Four case files of alleged bribery cases related to the Meikarta project in Bekasi Regency have been registered with the Corruption Court at the Bandung District Court. The file was registered on Thursday.

Case file number 121 / Pid.Sus-TPK / 2018 / Pn Bdg in the name of the defendant Billy Sindoro, Meikarta developer director, then case number 122 / Pid.Sus-TPK / PN Above the defendant Hendry Jasmen as Meikarta's developer employee, the defendant Taryudi as consultant developer of Meikarta in case files number 123 / Pid.Sus-TPK / 2018 / PN Bdg.
"And case file number 124 / Pid.Sus-TPK / 2018 / PN Bdg with Defendant Fitrajadja Purnama as consultant of Meikarta developer," Wasdi said.
This case was handled by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) through a hand-arrest operation. Bekasi Regent Neneng Hasanah was arrested. Then the Head of the Bekasi PUPR Service Jamaludin, Head of Spatial Planning at the Bekasi PUPR Office, Neneng Rahmi.
Then Dewi Tisnawati as Head of DPMPTSP Bekasi and Sahat MBJ Nahor as Head of Bekasi Fire Department.
"The Meikarta case is only four registered, non-civil servant defendants. The rest have not yet entered," Wasdi said.
